CONTRIBUTIONS

All participants are encouraged to give a contribution at the University. Abstracts should be sent to the University Secretariat by September 15, 2006 following instructions given below (Call for Abstracts). The Scientific Program Committee will review the abstracts and make a final decision on the assignment of papers to Conference categories and the presentation mode (orally or by poster). The authors will be notified (by e-mail) starting from June 15, 2006 on the acceptance of their submitted papers for oral or poster presentation. The list of all accepted paper/poster contributions will be available on our web site by September 25, 2006.

The authors are expected to send manuscripts of their contributions to the School Secretariat by September 25, 2006 following instructions given below (Call for Papers).

Abstracts of all the accepted contributions will be published and distributed at the beginning of the School.

All the accepted contributions will be published as School Proceedings on CD.

The Invited papers will be published also in a Book of Invited Lectures.


CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Electronic version of up to 150 words for selection and publication in Book of Abstracts should arrive at the School Secretariat by September 15, 2006. Your contribution should be written in Microsoft Word for Windows, using this abstract template and following instructions from it. Please send it to the School Secretariat by e-mail.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Papers to be published in the School Proceedings or in the Book of Invited Lectures are subject to strict length and format requirements. The invited papers are limited to 10 pages, and posters to 4 pages (including abstract, tables and their captions, figures, figure captions and references).

Electronic version of your manuscript should arrive at the School Secretariat by September 25, 2006. Your contribution should be written in Microsoft Word for Windows, using this paper template and following instructions from it. Along with MS Word version of your manuscript, you are required to send us also Adobe Acrobat PDF version of your contribution (in order to allow us to check if MS Word file is correctly displayed). Please send these two files to the School Secretariat by e-mail at the same address you used for the submission of the abstract.
